On March 1 st 2009, Yolette Jean Louis Martelly and her sister Edeline Jean louis Belance stole several paintings from Galerie Martelly's inventory at the request of Minnesota Timberwolves Center Mark d. Blount. A Police report was made at the Cutler Bay Police Department,case #PD090529237636 .

In July 2009, she raided the Gallery along with her brother Edner Jean Louis jr and her brother in law Anel Charleus,two notorious burglars and stole more paintings from the Gallery's inventory.Many of those stolen artworks did not belong to the Gallery but were placed on Consignment.

WE HAVE THE SIGNED CONSIGNMENT FORMS TO PROVE Their rightful owners have been notified and a Lawsuit will be filed soon if those stolen paintings are not safely returned to the Gallery.WE HAVE THE RECEIPTS FOR MOST OF THE STOLEN ARTWORKS SINCE THEY WERE PURCHASED FROM THE US MARSHALLS WHO SEIZED THEM FROM THE HOME OF THE FORMER HAITIAN DRUG LORD BEAUDOIN JACQUES QUETANT.Most of these artworks we've been told are already in Minnesota Timberwolves Center, Mark Blount's possession.
