Saincois was born in Seguin ,Haiti .After watching Carel Blain ,Sanon and the Exume cousins paint, he decided to become a painter himself. He has been working with them ever since. Saincois has exhibited in Petion Ville in December 1999 (Touche D'Art ) .Parts of his works have been exhibited in Europe and the USA ( collectively ) by Galerie Martelly . Saincois Francois lives in Petion Ville and is a " Regular " at the " Atelier de Carel Blain "
